Being pregnant can be a wonderful time of discovery about the wonders of the human body and preparation for your new arrival.

We know from many years experience women who have regular Craniosacral Therapy treatments throughout their pregnancy have easier labours and better births. Craniosacral Therapy resources your body to keep up with the many changes happening, eases out aches and pains gently and simply, reduces nausea and headaches in the 'morning sickness' phase.

And once your bundle of joy is born we offer a FREE 20 minute session for your newborn to check and resolve any restrictions that may have occurred in utero or birthing. All our new Mums, report that their baby sleeps well, smiles and is more happy post-treatment.

So take care of your baby by letting us take care of you both.

Conditions

• For existing clients who have had 3 or more 1 hour Craniosacral Therapy (combined with Pregnancy Massage if also chosen) treatments during their pregnancy
• Free newborn session is with Mum having 1 hour treatment post-natal (it's important to look after yourself too)
• NB Please feed your beautiful baby before the session, to maximise treatment time
